Taka Iguchi

Taka leads Voice Church with his wife, Natalie, in Orange County, California which launched in the fall of 2018. Previously he served at City First Church for 20 years which averaged over 8000 in attendance before moving to SoCal to serve as Executive Pastor for Newsong Church.

His passion is to see people connect with Christ in meaningful ways, fully live out their unique design and make a difference in their communities. 

He and his wife, Natalie, have been married since 2004 and have two amazing daughters: Brooklyn and Kaia. 

Dave Alford

Dave Alford Is Leadership Development Pastor at Saddleback Church where his team oversees staff development, interns, and the leadership college. Dave’s background includes experience in business, pastoral ministry, and higher education. He worked as an investment consultant for Mercer Consulting assisting large corporations, public entities, and foundations with their investment strategies. He served for 10 years as executive pastor and lead pastor at churches in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California helping them transition out of financial challenges and into a renewed vision for mission. He served for 12 years at Vanguard University first as Vice President for Business and Finance, and later as Dean of the School of Business and Management. Dave also writes, coaches, and speaks about leadership. Dave has a Bachelors degree from UC Davis, an MBA from USC, and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. Dave and his wife, Molly, live in Irvine. They have three adult children.

Jon Krist

Pastor Jon is the Lead Pastor of Zion Church in San Clemente, CA. He and his wife Tayren share one goal: seeing heaven invade earth through the local church. They're passionate about helping people encounter the life-changing love of Jesus, building authentic community, and fighting for the unseen. They have four boys under the ages of 5 years old (biological, adoptive, and foster care)—needless to say, their life is a constant adventure!
