The RIZE Coaching/Mentoring team is designed to create systems to recruit, develop, deploy and market regional and conference coaching networks that will:
- Coach church planters to launch with maximum thrust
- Nurture church planters pre and post launch
- Facilitate and assess church health.
- Resource planters post launch wit resources to build and grow a multiplying church
